A Recipe I'll Never Try Again
My brother came over last week so I thought I would try out a new dessert on him and my husband. It was called White Chocolate Crepe Cake. The only good part was the White Chocolate Cream Cheese mixture. Needless to say more went into the trash then was ate. I won't even bother giving the recipe to you all.
2 Great Recipes To Try
For dinner a couple of Mondays ago I tried 2 new recipes. Stuffed Mushrooms and Georgia Sunshine Fried Chicken. My father in law was over and was brave enough to try the recipes with us. Everyone liked both or the new recipes, so they are keepers. :)

Sassy Tailgate Sandwiches
I tried this last week and the one's who tried it loved it. Grant it it's not the healthiest of recipes but it was good.
Deli Buns
Black Forest ham
Gruyere Cheese
Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
11/2 cup of melted butter
1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. of minced onion
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place bottom of buns in 9x13 pan place ham on the buns and the Gruyere cheese on top of the meat. On the top of the buns spread a generous amount of the Cream Cheese spread. Place the top of the buns on the meat. In a separate bowl mix together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion and Parmesan cheese. Pour over your sandwiches and let sit for at least 20 min's. Place sandwiches covered in foil in preheated 350 oven for 20 min's.
The only thing that we didn't like about this recipe was that the bottom of the buns were a little soggy.

New Years Resolution
So, my New Years resolution was to try more new recipes. So often I get stuck in the rut of cooking the same thing week after week. So far I have tried 3 new recipes, my goal is one or more a week. The one's my family like I make a note beside the recipe.
So, far I have tried Sassy Tailgate Sandwiches, Philly Stuffed Mushrooms, and Georgia Sunshine Fried Chicken. The only thing was the Stuffed Mushrooms were a little spicy so next time it will have less ground red peppers. I'll try to put pictures and the recipe of the one's I make.
